Organisations need to have their core clinical research staff and investigator site personnel trained in GCP and the key regulatory requirements. Our online training modules provide a cost effective way to ensure that all participants have reached a consistent standard and this can be proven by certification. Online courses can be done at a convenient time and place of the participants choosing. No travel is involved meaning a participant’s time is maximised.
Over 20000 participants from over 80 countries globally have now experienced our online training from all five continents. A number of commercial and non-commercial organisations have used, and continue to use, the training for their new staff who needed rapid GCP and update training. Others have used the course to provide all staff with a basic level of common training.
We have many organisations and major 'pharma' companies who offer the Essential GCP online training to their investigators. Some have made it a requirement before the investigator gets the 'green light' to start a trial.
One company has made provisions for several thousand investigators to be trained to address an inspection finding. Many other companies have, and continue to provide training to their investigators in this way and some academic centres doing trials are using the training too (for nurses and investigators). We are working with one national competent authority to provide GCP and study-specific training in this way.
The comments obtained when participants complete the online feedback form have been very favorable. See our participant feedback
This ICH E6 GCP Investigator Site Training meets the Minimum Criteria for ICH GCP Investigator Site Personnel Training identified by TransCelerate BioPharma as necessary to enable mutual recognition of GCP training among trial sponsors.
We ask participants to complete feedback forms online. We analyse these and aim to use the comments to improve our programmes.
Access is usually provided for up to 6 weeks to allow participants to undertake the course. The access time is negotiated with clients setting up training for larger numbers of participants.
No. Access is provided for each individual and is tracked using that participant's unique email address.
A condition of our accreditation is that the system does not allow participants to print their own certificates! We check participants' activity at regular intervals and then issue a PDF certificate to those who have satisfactorily completed the training (and where appropriate, passed the online exam). Certificates are usually prepared at weekly intervals and are then sent to the participant directly by email.
We provide support to help you with problems you may encounter when undertaking the training. These are usually local PC and Internet issues. The server and programme are very reliable.
If you need help contact us using the email address provided in the invitation letter or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not yet registered. We aim to deal with all problems within 24 hours (not including public holidays or Sundays).
